Job Description
We are looking for Senior Design Checker
· Knowledge of various standards & codes ASME, PED, API, Material Standards etc.
· Proficiency in dealing with software such as PV Elite, Solid works, Auto Cad etc.
· Designing and Development of pressure Vessels / Reactor and agitators as per specific design code & regulation.
· Vessels / Reactor and agitator design calculation.
· Reviewing and Check Design / Drawing of designer / draughtsman to ensure they meet project schedules and standards.
· Guiding Designers and draughtsman with various standards and codes for drawings.
· Executing / Presenting Drawings & Calculation to authorized Inspector for U stamp vessels.
· Experience with handling of at least one U stamp Audit.
· Executing technical support studies and providing engineering support to purchase, production & quality team as requested.
· Preparation / Reviewing and checking of TDC.
· Knowledge of Ansys, Structure Design would be added an advantage.
