What you’ll do:
• Heat load using software (HAP, TRACE, Hevacomp, etc.), equipment and services space planning layout, Heat load simulation, design related calculatons.
• Evaluate, propose, implement passive cooling techniques.
• Life Cycle analysis (LCA) for proposed/ alternate/ passive cooling techniques.
• Design & selection of HVAC equipment (Chiller, HVAC Pumps, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Ventilation, Ducting, Piping)
• Prepare BOQ based one LCA analysis
What you need to bring on the "Table"
• Strong knowledge and experience in design and understanding of execution and operation of central air conditioning systems, preferably working experience with energy efficiency building design.
• Great understanding on energy efficiency of the system.
• Great at calculations and Cost analysis
