As a leader in the Australian construction industry, our client is a commercial builder with over 30 years of experience delivering major New Build, Refurbishment, and Fit-out projects.
Your Key Objectives
Develop and implement effective design strategies to meet project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
Maintain a proactive approach to managing risks and resolving design challenges.
Evaluate and improve design processes to ensure seamless transitions from design to construction.
About You
You possess a strong background in design management and pre-construction processes. Your experience has equipped you to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams to success.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Design Management, with a focus on early contractor involvement (ECI).
A proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, regulations, and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
