The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development through key account managers, building brand presence in the Architect & Interior Designer community, and owning the project life cycle journey.
Key responsibilities include:
• Drive Business Development through a set of Key Account Managers - Hunting & Farming
• Build lasting relationships with AIDs that translate into perpetual recurring business for the company
• Own the project life cycle journey right from the enquiry generation stage through to successful handover of the project
• Play a pivotal leadership role in acquiring and nurturing talent across both sales and design roles
• Own the store P
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a graduate degree or higher, min 10 years experience. Strongly prefer candidates with extensive network in the Architect/Interior designer community. Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing project management and operations in the Building Material/Home Interior space is required.
A Bachelor's [B.Arch] or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required. At least 12 to 15 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on home interior design projects, is also required.

• Graduate with min 10 years experience or Post Graduate with min 6 years experience
• Min 4-5 years experience in Business Development & Key Account Management roles
• Strongly prefer candidates with extensive network in the Architect/Interior designer community

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
