Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Range Development: Develop commercially viable ranges through strategic merchandise planning, aligned with market demand and sales forecasts.
Critical Path Management: Manage the creative development critical path, ensuring all key dates and deadlines are met.
Product Performance: Monitor and track product sell-through and performance to optimise future range development outcomes.
Budgets & Reporting: Set, manage and achieve budgets and sales targets.
Cultural Leadership and Team Development: Build an integrity-driven culture through accountability systems that empower team success.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar design management role, preferably in womenswear garment design.
Strong understanding of fabric bases, compositions, end uses to optimise existing product offerings.
Ability to create unique textile designs from scratch.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Leadership skills, including motivating, managing and mentoring teams effectively.
