Technical: Conversant with high voltage switchgear fundamentals. Make design improvements in existing products/design new products. Understanding the requirements and expectations of customers and get them translated in design documents. Understanding National & International standards, Analytical skill to solve complex issues, Knowledge on different materials and manufacturing processes related to Switchgear Industry, ERP System.
