Job Description
Seeking a talented multi-media Graphic Designer to join the team. The successful applicant will report to the Creative Director and be responsible for creating compelling layouts, producing engaging digital and social graphics, and developing dynamic video assets. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist in the development of creative concepts for print and digital, working closely with the Creative Director, editors and editorial team.
+ Design and produce high-quality editorial layouts while maintaining brand consistency and visual storytelling.
+ Work collaboratively with the editorial and digital teams to produce innovative social media assets, motion graphics, and interactive content.
+ Manage image selection and photo editing, ensuring assets align with brand identity and content strategy.
+ Create dynamic video content for digital and social platforms, transforming print stories into engaging video formats.
+ Stay across emerging design and social media trends, proactively implementing new ideas and techniques.
+ Ensure all design deliverables are completed on time and meet brand standards.
Who are you?
+ Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role.
+ Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented environment while remaining adaptable and solutions-focused.
+ Strong creative problem solver and visual storyteller with a keen eye for typography, composition, and audience engagement.
+ Passionate about video and developing new skills.
+ Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
+ Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar video editing programs) is a plus.
+ Some experience editing video and graphics for social media and digital platforms.
+ Confident in working independently and collaboratively across departments.
+ Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities when needed.
