Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for digital and print mediums, including social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and branding materials.
• Create dynamic and engaging motion designs, animations, and videos for campaigns, product launches, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into creative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of work.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative visual approaches.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers (if applicable).
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in graphic and motion design roles with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create content that captivates and communicates effectively.
• Experience with video editing and post-production techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
