The Principal Designer Role
As the Principal Designer, you will be responsible for managing design risk and ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors, providing expert guidance throughout the design and construction phases.
Provide CDM and health and safety advice to clients, architects, and contractors.
Attend client meetings, site inspections, and audits to monitor compliance.
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver consistent and high-quality services.
About the Principal Designer
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
We are offering a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, along with:
