• Translate the Creative Director's vision into commercially viable and trend-driven designs across westernwear markets.
• Provide technical oversight in garment construction from concept to completion, ensuring consistent quality and fit across all collections.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into high-quality finished products.
Maintaining strong relationships with buyers and building a network of vendors and production partners are key aspects of this role. The candidate will also be responsible for researching and presenting newness in trends, fabrics, washes, and techniques to the Creative Director.
