We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Designer Womens - Wovens to join the Banana Republic design team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for creating modern, sophisticated apparel for our customers, a strong understanding of the wovens market, and the ability to quickly adapt to the ever-evolving fashion industry.To be successful, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in apparel design. You must also have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:
Create innovative and modern designs for womens woven apparel.
Utilize specialized knowledge of the wovens market to create pieces that are up to date with current trends.
Collaborate with other design team members to develop cohesive collections.
Maintain a keen eye for detail and produce high-quality work.
Quickly adapt to changes in the fashion industry.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate a motivated attitude and eagerness to make an impact in the fashion industry.
