Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry experience required
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design with at least 5 years of industry experience in womenswear
2. Proven experience in designing multiproduct for a mid-level to premium brand
3. Excellent hand sketching and CAD skills
4. Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
5. Excellent knowledge of garment construction
6. Print design skills are preferred but not essential
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
8. An excellent eye for detail is essential to the role
+. Awareness of how to build a cohesive, exciting, and balanced collection
10. Ability to take initiative, have autonomy as well as work as part of a driven and enthusiastic team
11. Great time management and organisation skills

Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to final product for our womenswear collections.
Conduct trend research and create mood boards to inspire new designs.
Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and illustrations.
Create detailed tech packs and oversee sample development.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the highest quality standards.
Manage and mentor junior designers to foster creativity and professional growth.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market demands.
