Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Drawing Preparation: Prepare detailed and coordinated interior design drawings, including tender, construction, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all stages.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design work meets the company’s high standards, maintaining consistency in documentation, quality of work, and professional presentation.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure designs are executed seamlessly and meet project timelines and budgets.
• Client Engagement: Support the delivery of presentations to clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring their vision is captured in the design process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of corporate interior/workplace design projects.
• Design Expertise: Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency in developing concepts from initial sketches through to full project implementation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; ability to create detailed and accurate design drawings and 3D models.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients.
