We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Developer to join our Eagle Managed Services team. This role is in Pune / Chennai.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• The candidate will provide a development role within EMS.
• S/he works collaboratively work with EMS analysts, service managers, and data management teams as well as with a variety of teams within the BNY Mellon's Asset Servicing business to design and develop solutions to meet the systems, business, and functional requirements of our clients.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience working in a distributed report/application development environment required
• Extensive experience with developing and supporting distributed reporting and information delivery systems required
• Should have broad experience with investment/financial applications and information delivers development tools
• Sound knowledge of Visual Basic .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft Office is required. Exposure in Eagle STAR / PACE development tools is preferred.
• Exposure to Micro-Strategy or other Business Intelligence tool as well as MS SQL Server is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient and supportable solutions with minimal errors and rework during user acceptance testing
• Ability to independently identify problems, the related impacts,and the most efficient solutions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions
