Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We're flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time , will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

 Work will be for building new components, supporting existing components and runtime.
 Will also involve enhancing existing suite of components, and supporting the .NET based Application widely used in production.
 Involved in working with stake holders to understand requirements and turn them into deliverables.
 Work will be for tail end MIFID work, MIFID is industry wide regulatory mandate.

What will you be doing?

 Ability to ramp up with new technologies and should be able to switch between different kinds of development and testing tasks.
 Ability to effectively communicate with end-users and other developers in a global, team-based environment
 Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate thoughts, designs, and implementations in both written and verbal form
 Results-oriented, self-starter with positive "can-do" attitude.

What we're looking for:

 Four-year college degree in Computer Science or related field.
 Professional experience building enterprise scale desktop/web applications.
 Strong .NET, Winform and WPF.
 Passionate about technology and open to work on different technology stacks.
 8+ years of experience on Strong .NET, Winform and WPF.

Skills that will help you in the role:-

 Good knowledge of JavaScript and Angular 2+
 Good knowledge on Java.
 Good design skills with css, bootstrap is desirable.
