As a Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing the Capricorn Group’s core business systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Platform to streamline business processes.
Leading by example—mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a Scrum/DevOps environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
Integrating systems using Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management and other middleware
Technical Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules (plug-ins, workflows, integrations, customizations).
3+ years working with Power Platform (Power Apps/Pages, Power Automate).
Strong understanding of Dataverse, relational databases, and SQL.
Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, APIM, Functions).
Bonus: Experience building cloud-native apps on Azure or leading digital transformation projects involving Dynamics 365.
Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience in Dynamics 365 development tools.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
A natural mentor with a passion for sharing knowledge and uplifting others.
A proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly regarded.
