Job Description
As a Digital Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining digital applications and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of these applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality digital applications, systems and tools using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business and user needs
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the digital applications and systems you build
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and programming languages in the digital development space
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing digital applications and systems
• Ensure that all code is thoroughly tested and properly documented
• Continuously improve the development processes and tools used within the team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital development, including front-end and back-end development
• Strong experience in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue
• Experience with modern back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails
• Strong knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Experience with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
