Job Purpose:
To develop assigned in house software projects from all BU/ PU, implement it and maintain in terms of programming/coding.
Educational Qualifications:
BE ,MCA ,MSc ,Advance Diploma Software Development
Experience:
4-5 yrs
Key Job Success factors (Key Responsibilities) :
• Prepare software program specifications, oversee working of junior developers
• Execute programming for assigned projects in line with software specifications (C , ASP.Net 3.5 & above, Angular, Sql Server Stored procedure, AJAX, Windows Services, Web Services, Java Script, Query etc.).
• Execute SQL Server stored procedures and triggers, reporting in crystal reports/SSRS.
• Ensure development activities and tasks are completed on schedule for assigned projects.
• Manage resolution of bugs/ errors through appropriate testing methods.
• Ensure software documentation is complete and up to date.
• Provide support for user queries and troubleshoot as required .
• Unit testing of developed program at his end.
Other Responsibilities:
• Guide to Junior developers in terms of programming logic etc.
Technical Competencies:
• with C sharp as programming language, Angular JS
• Microsoft SQL Server database/ Stored procedure in Sql server
• Microsoft SSRS reporting or Crystal reports
• Ajax Tool kit
• Microsoft Charts
• Design patterns, 3 tier architecture and UML diagrams
• Team Foundation Server usage and administration or Visual Source-safe
• High level design/ Low level design
Knowledge and Skills:
• Stakeholder Focus
• Problem Solving/ Analysis for his assigned project
• Possess Change Management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and MS Project)
• Possess Innovative thinking skills
