Senior Developer/DevOps Engineer - (DevSecOps Environment) London area competitive salary Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Developer/DevOps Engineer to join the team in a high-profile delivery project, supporting and developing multiple applications in a DevSecOps environment. As a technical leader, you will drive the design and implementation of new features, while mentoring junior developers to ensure a successful project delivery in collaboration with other project teams. Our client is a global technology leader, supporting UK government and top secret projects. This role would require you to obtain DV level security clearance, therefore you must be a British national, or have had British citizenship and resided in the UK for at least 10 years. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with project goals. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and go-live. Contribute to the evaluation of future development opportunities for our existing applications. Develop and maintain applications using a range of technologies, including but not limited to: Java, JavaScript, Node.js. Design, implement, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and secure application delivery. Work Environment: Work on-site for [3 - 5] days per week in the central London or Cheltenham offices, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
