Responsibilities:
• Initial review/response for all issues
• Handle service restoral relative to well-known issues/errors
• Analyze root cause for issues resolved.
• Resolution of Incidents and Service Requests Trend Analysis
• Monitor application performance and availability.
• Provide all service event-related communications, monitoring, tracking, capturing event duration, and root cause communication for issues.
• Application deployment activities.
• Create defect-related change requests (CRs) as needed and ensure assignment to Level 4 and/or Dev partner.
• Set up and ensure viability and reliability of all service monitors.
• Knowledge management/run book updates.
• Incident & Problem Management
• Escalation Management
• Continuous Service Improvements
• Service Validation and Testing
• Critical/Emergency defect fix Recommendations required for service restoration and stability.
• Coordinate patching activities, updates, and configuration changes.
• Liaison with third parties for issues related to maintenance.
