Our Cancer Resource Centre is among the largest in regional SA, featuring six chemotherapy chairs, outpatient care, and counselling services - helping patients receive vital treatment close to home. We are also proud to be one of only three regional stroke services in South Australia, delivering specialised stroke treatment 24/7 in partnership with metropolitan stroke units. Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service
Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service is a leading regional hospital in South Australia, offering 58 beds, including flex and monitored beds, and a broad range of services such as emergency care, general and surgical services, maternity, outpatient clinics, and outreach programs. We are proud to provide chemotherapy services, along with a Renal Dialysis Unit and a Paediatric Department - both the largest outside of Adelaide - ensuring advanced care close to home for our community. Living and Working in the Flinders and Upper North Region - Whyalla and Port Augusta
About the Role:
As the Regional Clinical Senior Dietitian, you will be an experienced and highly competent clinician delivering high-quality services and providing clinical and professional leadership to allied health professionals across the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network.
In this role, you will contribute to improving the quality, safety and community needs-driven distribution of services, working collaboratively with allied health staff, managers and key stakeholders on model of care and workforce development initiatives. This regional position can be based at either Whyalla Hospital and Health Services or Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Services.

About You:
Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health Profession and be eligible for (full) membership of the relevant Allied Health Profession.
Apply specialist expertise to deliver complex clinical and consultancy services.
Work independently with advanced clinical competence and reflective practice skills.
Use knowledge of service delivery, operations and workforce issues to guide practice.
Provide advice on service development and practice redesign.
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances)
