Job Description
For this role, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital analytics, focusing on leveraging website and survey data to derive actionable insights from data and provide business insights. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital strategy forward by providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has outstanding analytic skills, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and testing teams to understand business needs, define tracking requirements, and ensure accurate tracking implementation.
• Analyze web traffic patterns and user behavior to provide actionable data-backed insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports within Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools to track website performance.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and advanced features of Adobe Analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all analytics tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to integrate Adobe Analytics with other tools and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Adobe Analytics and the broader digital analytics industry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and tracking issues.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or higher Degree
• 3-5 yrs. of overall experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar tool
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, and responsive with excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
• Experience with one or more business intelligence/data visualization tools required (PowerBI or Google Data Studio preferred)
• Experience with SQL is strongly preferred, and experience with Python is a plus.
• Must be adaptable and inquisitive, always seeking to better understand the utility (and limitations) of the data available
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
