About the Role
As a skilled digital designer, you will be responsible for crafting responsive landing pages and microsites using Webflow, creating engaging ad creatives and social graphics, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints. You will work collaboratively with growth marketers, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life and optimize pages for conversions, speed, and accessibility.

You are a multi-skilled designer who thinks strategically, works independently, and brings creativity to both performance-driven marketing assets and web experiences. You have hands-on experience with Webflow and are proficient in Figma and optionally After Effects. Your portfolio showcases your Webflow development and visual design chops, and you have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
Responsibilities
• Design and build responsive landing pages and microsites using Webflow
• Create digital assets for marketing campaigns—ad creatives, social graphics, lead magnets, etc.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints and platforms
• Collaborate with growth marketers, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life
• Optimize pages for conversions, speed, and accessibility
• Develop scalable Webflow components and style guides
• Contribute to the evolution of our internal design systems
What We're Looking For
• A portfolio that showcases your Webflow development and visual design chops
• 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or freelance)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design
• Proficiency in Figma (and optionally After Effects)
• Experience designing for performance marketing and lead generation
• Ability to think in systems and design scalable, reusable components
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
