Job Overview
A Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and updated with relevant content.
• Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, videos, and other digital assets to engage audiences.
• Plan and manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to drive lead generation and sales.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design, product) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company competitive.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, optimize spending and maximize ROI.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards in all digital marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital analytics tools.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling digital campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
