Job Summary:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative services, to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels including email, social media, display advertising, PPC, and SEO.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that support business goals and initiatives.
Manage the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including managing creative development, targeting and segmentation, audience analysis, and campaign optimization.
Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives and track and report on campaign performance against KPIs.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and apply them to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that support lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, sales, and creative services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, PPC, and SEO.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance against KPIs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing budgets and external vendors and agencies.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: ₹17,170.22 - ₹57,511.43 per month
