POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :-
The incumbent is responsible to assist the Digital Marketing Lead on various priorities related to Website maintenance and optimization, Digital Campaigns, Social Media Marketing, Email Campaigns
Responsibilities
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CORE COMPETENCIES EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Website development and maintenance
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites.
• Improve user experience on website platforms
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies on SEO.
• Understand and evaluate the customer journey on Organic and create path-breaking optimization to achieve the goals set.
• Manage local SEO and business listings of branches on local directories.
• Plan, execute, and share all SEO, Marketing database and Email activities for the brand's business.
• Measure and report performance of all SEO activities, marketing database and email campaigns.
• Conducting keyword research using dedicated software, and generating new keyword ideas.
• Digital Campaigns
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers and stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms.
• Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels - (Hubspot)
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
• Analytics - Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Support the Digital Marketing Lead across all his responsibilities
• Maintaining the websites for Indian subcontinent countries - India, Pakistan etc.
• SEO for Indian subcontinent websites
• Running Social Media campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Analyse the effectiveness of various digital campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in excel
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts - SEO, E-commerce, Website content
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams.
• Quick learner
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Agency and vendor management
• Must be a self-starter and idea driven.
• Detailed oriented and Data driven.
• Graduate in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Must have prior experience on SEMRush and SEO monitoring tools.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Must have prior experience on Wordpress, Magnolia or any customised backend content management system.
• Must have worked with Google Analytics and GA4.
