Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Develop and implement engaging social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms to build community and drive engagement. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and automation. Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and video content, to attract and retain customers. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and generate regular reports with actionable insights. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with creative teams, product marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to achieve optimal results. Identify opportunities for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful online campaigns. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
