As a Senior Digital Performance Manager within our Marketing Performance team, you will have breadth of knowledge across web, search, media, analytics, and optimisation. You will be comfortable setting strategic direction, influencing stakeholders, and leading a team of specialists. Your focus will be on enhancing digital customer journeys and improving conversion outcomes, ensuring our digital channels deliver exceptional experiences and drive measurable results with a focus on experimentation.

In this role, you’ll ensure we keep pace with how people search and discover brands online, including emerging AI‑powered search tools. You’ll guide strategy across website, search visibility, and digital media performance, ensuring customer data is handled responsibly and in line with privacy requirements. You’ll also influence decision‑making across the business by providing clear insights and strategic recommendations, while leading a team of digital specialists to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for delivering ANZ’s digital marketing strategy and ensuring our digital channels perform at their best to support customer needs and business growth. You’ll work across website, search, analytics, and digital media to turn insights into action and guide stakeholders to make confident, data‑driven decisions.

Lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, ensuring our digital experiences support growth and can be easily discovered through effective SEO/GEO practices.
Analyse website and digital channel performance, providing clear insights and recommendations that improve customer journeys and inform senior leaders.
Set the strategic direction for website content, personalisation, search visibility, and testing, ensuring we continually improve customer experience and conversion.
Lead and develop a team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and strong collaboration across Marketing.
Manage relationships with key platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, while ensuring responsible use of customer data and partnering with Legal and Compliance to manage privacy and risk.
Ōu Pūkenga – What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Extensive digital marketing experience (8+ years) with proven success improving channel performance, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
Leadership experience managing and developing teams, creating an inclusive culture, and delivering strong outcomes through others.
Expertise in data‑driven marketing and analytics, including audience targeting, tracking implementation, campaign analysis, and use of enterprise tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Strong website and search optimisation capability, including content strategy, SEO/GEO, personalisation, structured testing, and understanding of emerging AI‑driven search trends.
Broad digital media and campaign management experience, guiding campaigns from planning through optimisation and effectively using first‑ and third‑party data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills, able to simplify complex information, build collaborative relationships, and guide senior leaders with clear insights.
