Responsibilities/Duties,

The newly-created role provides a key opportunity for a strategic, business-savvy and creative executive who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. The Senior Director is a dynamic leader who is well-versed in leading digital teams and capabilities to advance business strategy, performance, business growth and employee engagement. The right candidate will bring deep experience with website, marketing technology, account based marketing solutions and CRM to lead the function pre-, during and post-spin.

With a growth mindset, this leader will have a track record of adding value and making an impact to drive sales growth with measurable results, extract insights from our digital footprint and efficiently increase engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will bring a thoughtful perspective to a diverse set of topics and issues, has a “big-picture” perspective and is able to connect the Company’s strategy to both current and future digital channels.

This position will be responsible for building a digital team and enabling capabilities for the spin company, including digital customer experience, website, SEO, email and campaign technologies, CRM, account-based marketing and other strategic areas of focus with measurable results.

The right individual is comfortable with making decisions when there is ambiguity. S/he is highly collaborative and is able to lead through influence by involving a diverse array of internal stakeholders, business leaders, and the spin management office Executive team. Specific responsibilities will include:

Create cohesive digital and channel strategy across the new organization

Develop and continuously improve the end-to-end overall digital experience to increase customer engagement and preference for Fortrea

Align Fortrea towards a set of digital standards to provide a seamless digital experience

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital channels including website, content, SEO, email and other digital experiences to execute on go-to-market strategies

Lead the strategy, management and operation of purpose-built marketing technology platforms and automation solutions to drive a highly efficient and coordinated digital operations that enable the organization

Integrate qualitative and quantitative digital analytics capabilities to support strategic decision-making and ensure ROI on these our digital efforts

Minimum Required:

12+ years’ experience leading digital marketing teams, with demonstrated success in multi-channel marketing including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, mobile marketing, and creative partnership strategies

Track record of operational business impact; has successfully led transformative marketing initiatives, with demonstrated return on investment

Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions, strategy and goals

Outstanding change leader with strong team leadership skills; highly collaborative, persuasive communicator with strong executive presence; works well in highly matrixed environment; resilient

Successful experience in building, developing, leading, motivating, scaling and aligning high-performing teams and marketing organizations
