As the Senior Director of Event Marketing and Sales Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive event marketing strategy. This includes overseeing trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events. You will manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and impactful experiences. Additionally, you will create impactful sales enablement content and tools to support our sales team's efforts. Collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, PR, and other teams, you will align event messaging and sales materials with overall marketing goals. Analyzing event performance and ROI, you will provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives. You will also manage and mentor the event marketing and sales enablement team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.

• Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing events, managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Create impactful sales enablement content and tools to support our sales team’s efforts.

• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, PR, and other teams to align event messaging and sales materials with overall marketing goals.

• Analyze event performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.

• Manage and mentor the event marketing and sales enablement team members.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.

• Expertise in event marketing strategy and sales enablement initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and empower sales teams.

• Strong skills in leading the strategic development and implementation of trade shows, conferences, and events.

• Experience coordinating and managing key internal stakeholders, including sales, PR, product, marketing, and executive leadership.

• Ability to align event messaging and sales materials with overall marketing goals.

• Proficiency in creating impactful sales enablement content and tools.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing event marketing budgets and resource allocation.

• Bachelor's degree required; marketing or business-related degree preferred.
