Role Summary
As an individual contributor, this role exercises considerable judgment to make decisions that support our products top-to-bottom and ship software on a regular basis (anywhere from daily to every two weeks). Is the subject matter expert in full-stack software engineering for application modernization and migration to Azure or other public cloud. Will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships. This role exercises considerable latitude and initiative to solve problems and influence the way our teams build modern user-friendly applications.
Key Duties
· Design, develop, and support the Talent Experience suite of products following SOLID principles of software development using C# and .NET core.
· Build into and enhance the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipelines
· Conduct code reviews and ensure code aligns with the SOLID principles of software development
· Exhibit a leadership style and be a force multiplier that helps to grow others around the organization
· Be a collaborative team player working on a scrum team
· Participate in scrum activities and ceremonies
· Acts as the subject matter expert on full-stack software engineering on an agile delivery team, collaborating with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver business value on an iterative basis.
· Ensures delivery of high-quality software by writing clean code and utilizing pair programming, test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, and code reviews. Support A/B testing and analytics
· Actively engages in the technology industry, by learning and applying new concepts, innovative technologies, Azure services for modernizing the applications

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
Must haves:
· 5+ years of experience in software engineering, focus on C#, .NET core, APIs,Angular/Vue.JS/React.JS and Microservices
· Acting as a full-stack software engineer building custom, large scale, n-tier applications using object-orientated languages
· Experience using API and developing Microservices
· Experience in integration with SABRE services
· Containerize and deploy Microservices into the cloud
· Utilizing appropriate design patterns to create clean, maintainable, and performant code.
· Expertise utilizing cloud technology preferably Microsoft Azure and modern architecture practices to build high-scale distributed systems.
· Expertise mentoring other engineers and driving code quality via principles such as SOLID and modern design patterns.
· Experience with TDD, unit testing, pair programming, and other Extreme Programming (XP) techniques.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to socialize and introduce new ideas and technologies to communities of developers.
