Job Description
A. Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineers / ITI in drafting with knowledge of Auto cad & mechanical design.

B. Experience : 5 to 10 years in mechanical Work shop as Shop Floor Engineer.
C. Proposed Responsibility :
1. Prepare the drawings for Material Flow chart, Schemes, P&I's, Layouts, Sections, Piping
Drawings, Control Drawings, Control Panels, Electrical Drawings and others.
2. Co- ordinate internally & externally with other Draftsman of Design Department & other
team members to get the work done as per project schedule.
3. To operate & maintain the equipment under your possession in upright condition.
4. To keep the stationary & other consumables in stock & maintain the inventory.
5. To get the Design drawings output & supply them as & where required.
6. Represent the Design department in the Review meetings with other departments (customers).
Take feed back and get the drawings as per process requirements
7. Prepare the BOQ's for Piping Cable, and Cable Treys.
8. Visit to various customer sites. Take measurements and prepare the drawings as per
requirements.
+. Make schedule of the drawings preparation to meet the delivery schedules.
10. Co-ordinate with work shop & check the equipment being manufactured there.
11. Coordinate with Seniors to take guidance of the designs and after preparation , get their
approval.
12. Release of various drawings on all projects.
13. Upload the drawings & documents in ERP.
14. Update the schedule of drawings delivery on system.
15. All project documentation & design records of the drawings section are to be kept in respective Files / folders
