Senior E-commerce Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to oversee the management of key business relationships with leading online platforms. This role requires end-to-end account management, including strategic planning, sales execution, performance analysis, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY E-COMMERCE ACCOUNTS.
• DEVELOP AND EXECUTE ONLINE SALES STRATEGIES TO MEET AND EXCEED REVENUE AND GROWTH TARGETS.
• PROMOTE MONTHLY PROMOTIONAL EVENTS IN COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS.
• COLLBORATE WITH SUPPLY CHAIN AND PRODUCT CENTER TEAMS FOR ACCURATE FORECASTING AND TIMELY STOCK AVAILABILITY.
• CONCEPTUALIZE AND EXECUTE ONLINE CAMPAIGNS WITH THE DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM.
• AUDIT E-COMMERCE LISTINGS FOR CONTENT ACCURACY, PRICING, CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, AND SERVICE INTEGRATION.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MAJOR E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS.
• PRIOR EXPERIENCE MANAGING LAPTOP AND MOBILE PRODUCT CATEGORIES IS A SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE.
