With a vision to scale rapidly and deliver a seamless shopping experience, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-commerce Listing Manager to lead our product catalogue and content optimisation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
Ensure accurate, SEO-friendly, and high-converting product content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, and backend attributes.
Coordinate with the design and photography teams to upload high-quality images, infographics, and A+ content (where applicable).
Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to enhance listing visibility and ranking on search results.
Monitor and update pricing, inventory, catalog accuracy, and listing quality across all channels.
Resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and compliance flags through respective seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel).
Analyze catalog performance metrics and drive continual improvement in CTR, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Implement bulk uploads and templates, and handle listing variations, bundles, and parent-child relationships efficiently.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure listing consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
Stay updated with marketplace policy changes, platform updates, and new features to ensure optimal listing health.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, bulk upload templates, and catalog management tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and marketplace algorithms.
Experience in handling large product catalogs across multiple categories and platforms.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead junior team members if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with furniture, home, fashion, or consumer electronics categories.
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Excel Flat Files.
Basic understanding of inventory syncing tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, Browntape, etc.
