Vibedu Study Abroad is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Education Counselor – Study Abroad who can counsel students on overseas education options and successfully convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents on study abroad options (Universities, Courses, Countries)
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online inquiries
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs and universities
• Convert counseling sessions into confirmed enrollments by achieving sales targets
• Guide students through application, documentation, and admission process
• Coordinate with visa, application, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospective students
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in study abroad counseling or inside sales
• Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure
• Basic knowledge of major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
