Applies advanced skills and expertise in a range of administrative, data organization, or coordination processes in order to assist on implementation project teams in an area of EHS&S including health services, TERC, product stewardship, or EHS&S integrated services.. Requires advanced skills or specialized expertise in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes or procedures to perform a broad range of complex work assignments. May act as a working team lead, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating work of others. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices; proposing improvements to processes and methods as needed. Solves complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
Supports EHS&S Integrated Services as an expert system user that executes standard operating procedures to deliver on-time EHS&S Services. Independently applies supply-demand principles to prioritize requests to meet Service Level Offerings. Works autonomously within established instructions and practices.
Responsibilities
• Record requests in workflow management tool.
• Apply supply demand principles to prioritize requests of EHS&S Integrated Services
• Execute EH&S data processing as prescribed in work process / job aids.
• Identify data integrity issues and close those gaps using mass update solutions. Issues CAP if needed.
• Specialist in troubleshoot atypical operability issues for EHS&S Integrated Services. Interact on complex matters with interdependencies with other teams
• Leads small projects to improve workflow design and suggest work process improvements to work process owner. Proposes to Expertise regulatory interpretations on simple subject matters.
Qualifications
• Masters or Ph.D. in Chemistry or life Sciences or equivalent
• 10 – 15 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills
• SAP proficiency
• Relevant experience of SDS & Label creation
• Proficient in advance excel/Power BI and other Metrics tools
• Communication Skills
• Analytical thinking / Project management
