Job Description
Experience: 3-7 years
Employment Type: on-site, Full-time
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications systems, specifically around private 5G infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF systems, embedded hardware design, and high-speed PCB layout, including CPU schematic design and routing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy next-generation connectivity solutions for private networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop hardware solutions for private 5G networks, including base stations, RF front-ends, and network interface hardware.
• Create and review schematics and PCB layouts, focusing on high-speed digital designs and complex routing (e.g., DDR, PCIe, SerDes).
• Integrate and test CPU and SoC-based embedded platforms, including power distribution, signal integrity, and thermal considerations.
• Collaborate with RF, firmware, and software teams to deliver fully integrated telecom solutions.
• Work with industry-standard tools (Altium, Cadence, KiCad, etc.) for schematic capture and board layout.
• Conduct board bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and RF test equipment.
• Ensure compliance with EMC, thermal, and regulatory standards relevant to telecom equipment.
• Support manufacturing with production test plans, documentation, and DFM/DFT improvements.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in electronics hardware design, preferably in the telecom or wireless communications domain.
• Solid understanding of 5G NR architecture, private network deployment, and telecom hardware stack.
• Strong experience with CPU/SoC schematic design, PCB routing, and multi-layer board design.
• Familiarity with RF design principles, antennas, filters, and front-end modules.
• Hands-on experience with lab tools for debugging and validation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with Open RAN, O-RU/O-DU design, or Edge computing platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux device tree, embedded firmware, or FPGA integration.
• Certifications or experience in telecom compliance standards (e.g., 3GPP, FCC, CE).
• Previous involvement in productization of telecom hardware.
Why Join Us?
• Work on cutting-edge private 5G and wireless technologies
• Be part of a forward-thinking engineering team driving innovation in telecom
• Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and ownership of core designs
• Competitive salary, flexible work environment, and impactful projects
If you're passionate about building the future of connectivity and enjoy solving complex hardware challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
