Job Description
In this role, you have an opportunity to contribute to Lenek’s mission to continuously improve people’s life through innovation across the healthcare continuum. You will be supporting these goals by conceptualizing, designing, and validating different architectures for electronics hardware systems while you continuously focus on improving the effectiveness & efficiency, as medical equipment requires high levels of reliability and performance. The day-to-day activities would involve some part of –
• Research and development of concepts related to analog and digital hardware electronics systems.
• System simulations involving circuit analysis, thermal optimizations and electromagnetic analysis etc...
• PCB designing and component selection with considerations to DFM, DFA, BOM Cost, and Lead times etc...
• Development of test cases and setups to validate the designs.
• Expansion of domain knowledge and skill by studying patents, regulatory standards, hobbyist
projects, blogs etc...
• Networking and presentations to different stakeholders related to electronics system including
but not limited to, vendors, consultants, subject matter experts, manufacturers, and colleagues.
• Documentation to wrap up the work done and official submissions.
• Provide training to the team members as required.
Portfolio we are looking for!
• Experience in design, development, and deployment of analog and digital hardware electronics systems.
• Knowledge of electromechanical product development and product life cycle processes.
• Experience and knowledge of handling issues related to EMI/EMC, Signal Integrity, ESD, Harness
Management, Manufacturing Limitations etc...
• Hands-on experience and working knowledge of ECAD packages like Altium
Designer/PADS/OrCAD/HyperLynx/Cadence/Eagle, etc. and simulation tools like
Matlab/LTSpice/Ansys, etc... Altium is preferred.
• Good understanding of Error Amplifier/Compensator Design, Filter Design and Noise reduction
techniques.
• Ability to work in sync with the team and participate in planning and review exercises.
• Handson experience with Digital to Analog converters and Analog to Digital Converters.
• Well adept with concepts of signal integrity analysis, electronics circuit simulations and
multichannel high-speed circuits.
• Adept at using laboratory instruments like Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Function Generator,
etc...
• Active participation in electronics technical communities.
• Good communication skills to be able to represent the company as a part of the electronics team.
• Strongleadershipandteammanagementskills.
• Goodunderstandingofpowerelectronics/powermagnetics/inductiveloaddriverdesignisaplus.
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience of analog and digital signal processing.
• Knowledgeofembeddedsoftwaredevelopmentisaplus.
• Working knowledge of FPGA, DSC and microcontrollers is a plus.
• Knowledgeandexperienceofworkingwithhighfrequencyclockgenerators.
• Experience of working with RF signals and hardware associated with RF.
