Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer with strong experience in designing and developing sensor-based products, particularly pressure, flow, and industrial instrumentation systems. The role involves leading firmware development, system architecture, sensor integration, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end embedded development for sensor products (pressure, flow, temperature, position, level, etc.)
• Design system architecture, including hardware–firmware integration
• Develop and optimize embedded firmware in C/C++.
• Interface sensors and implement: o Signal acquisition o Filtering and noise reduction o Calibration, linearization, and compensation algorithms.
• Work with analog front-end circuits and ADC optimization.
• Handle communication protocols: o I2C, SPI, UART, RS485/Modbus, CAN.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis using lab instruments.
• Ensure compliance with industrial standards (EMI/EMC, safety).
• Lead product validation, testing, and field issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, mechanical, production).
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in embedded C/C++
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (STM32, TI, NXP, etc.).
• Deep understanding of: o Sensor interfacing (pressure, flow, RTD, etc.) o Signal conditioning and analog electronics o ADC/DAC and data acquisition systems.
• Experience in sensor calibration techniques.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with version control (Git) and development workflows.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience in flow measurement technologies (ultrasonic, DP, vortex, etc.).
• Knowledge of RTOS / embedded Linux systems.
• Exposure to EMI/EMC design and testing.
• Familiarity with protocols like HART, Ethernet/IP, or wireless IoT.
• Experience in product certification and compliance.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / Embedded Systems.
Experience:
• 4–10 years in embedded systems.
• Proven experience in sensor product development.
