Job Title: Senior Embedded Firmware Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embedded Firmware Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality embedded firmware solutions for complex systems, as well as a deep understanding of hardware design and software architecture. As a Senior Embedded Firmware Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of firmware for our products, working closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of firmware on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of firmware for our products, from concept to delivery
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of firmware
• Develop and maintain firmware architecture, design, and documentation
• Ensure firmware meets quality standards, reliability, and security
• Debug firmware and perform root cause analysis of issues
• Optimize firmware for power, speed, and memory constraints
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in embedded firmware development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering field, Master's degree preferred
• 3 to 4 years of experience in embedded firmware development
• Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, and Assembly
• Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems
• Knowledge of hardware design, electronic circuits and signal processing
• Experience with debugging tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of firmware developers
