Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of employment litigation from inception to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery processes, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
• Advise and assist clients with day-to-day employment issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Tasks include drafting and revising employee handbooks, conducting training sessions, and providing proactive legal advice.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide top-notch legal services to both internal and external clients, aligning with the firm’s standards of excellence and client commitment.
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in employment litigation.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated drive to succeed, commitment to team collaboration, and a growth mindset.
