They serve as the primary point of contact during the final stage of a customer's visit.
Core Responsibilities
• Transaction Processing: Accurately scan items, process cash, credit, and debit payments, and issue receipts using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash Management: Handle cash drawers, count money at the start/end of shifts, calculate change, and reconcile daily sales.

• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Returns & Exchanges: Process product returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy.

• Education: Appropriate diploma / degree in accounts related course.
