Role: Senior Endpoint Operations Technician
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6-12 months+
Work Hours: IST (overlap through 1:00pm EST)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid - (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India)
We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer with strong experience managing enterprise Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Autopilot, and PowerShell scripting to support and modernize endpoint infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM environments, imaging, and software deployments
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and VM performance monitoring
• Lead GPO to Intune migrations and modern endpoint management initiatives
• Automate deployments using PowerShell scripting
• Manage patching, software packaging, and application deployments
• Provide L3 escalation support and perform root cause analysis
• Support endpoint security, desktop images, and device lifecycle management
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering / Windows Systems Engineering
• Strong expertise in SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Autopilot
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or VDI environments
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and endpoint security
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments
