Senior Energy Lawyer

Stanwell Corporation Limited is a leading provider of electricity and energy solutions to the National Electricity Market and large energy users along the eastern seaboard of Australia.

We are looking for a Senior Energy Lawyer to join our highly regarded legal team. The role will involve negotiating, drafting and executing major project development contracts, working as a key member of multi-disciplinary teams executing business objectives, and managing the legal aspects of M&A, project development, disputes, operational and general corporate matters.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a variety of areas, including construction and procurement law, and a strong track record of providing strategic and practical advice while managing legal and commercial risk.
