Project Management Skills
Should have team handling capacity and gt; 4 team member
Defining and Tracking Project Plan (all aspects e.g. high-Level Scheduling, Risk, Communication, Configuration Mgmt.)
Should able to define daily task for the self and team for project milestones
Escalate issues to internal management at right time with possible solutions
Effective vendor Communication (email/phone call/chat)
Define technical training for junior engineers
Building/Mentoring team members
Defining and Streamlining
