What you will be doing
Product Support Representative, to work as a member of Managed Services team in close co-operation with clients, L2 teams and infrastructure. He/ She will be involved in analysis and support of the Core Application.
What you will need
• Real-world experience of working in production support environment with 2-4 years of experience.
• Technical expert in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of COBOL preferable
• Working experience with Unix operating systems.
• Knowledge of working in production support or dev environment performing initial triage and escalating to respective teams within SLA
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/trouble shooting abilities and following best practices.
• Should be willing to work in 1 PM to 10 PM IST timing.
• Be available 247 in case of on-call or any outage.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually motivated.
• Ability to set correct level expectations and deliver on those expectations.
• Well-developed written and verbal communications and effective interpersonal skills.
• Proven self- starter with initiative to seek information and solve problems.
• Successful within multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to work with external clients.
