Job Requirements
• Design electrical system/subsystem according to the system specification and develop electrical schematics and layouts.
• Design electrical interlock and safety protection systems for semiconductor machinery.
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment like logic analyzer, oscilloscope, soldering etc
• Design of low voltage switchgear circuits, able to select components.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards - SEMI S22, S2 & NFPA standards.
• Communicate & Coordinate with Assembly, operations & Supply chain on Parts qualifications/BOM changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clarification / issue solving while manufacturing the parts.
• Able to support the test fixtures for sub system parts.
• Analyze the electrical / sub systems issues & trouble shoot the filed issues.
• Able to understand the PLC ladder logics & IO assignments. Programing on any PLC & HMI is advantage.
• Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• ECO creation & BOM updates, dispositions of materials.
Work Experience
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field
• 3 year+ experience in semiconductor equipment industry or high precision automation equipment industry is preferred
