Job Title – Sr. Engineer – Planning
Location: Gurugram, India
Organization: Siemens Logistics India Pvt. Ltd.

Planning Engineer is responsible for
development, maintenance and monitoring of Schedule for Projects. The person
shall also drive the development of Catch-up plans for fast tracking of
Projects. You will be interacting with stakeholders involved and will also work
closely with the team. This position is mainly focus on Project Planning function with extensive use
of Primavera P6 software.
Your new role – challenging and future-
• As a Planning Engineer, you
will play a lead role in development of Baseline Schedules for EPC Projects and
maintenance and monitoring of the same
in Primavera P6 software.
• Generate Project Progress
reports including “S Curves” and other schedule performance metrics.
• Provide Project schedule
forecasts to team members and client in coordination with Project Manager
• Liaison with all
stakeholders of Project stakeholders to get update on Project Progress and
analyze the same with respect to Project requirements.
• Flag variations in Project
Performance and support Contracts Manager for documentation required for
Extension of Time.
• Understand scope in new
tenders and prepare Schedule to be submitted along with Bid.
Skills Required
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
is must
• Excellent knowledge of MS
Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent communication
skills
• Data Analysis
• We don’t need superheroes, just super minds
· Bachelors / Master Degree in Engineering (any field), with 5 to 10
years of experience in EPC business
· Fluency in English
