In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that support our strategic goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, drive innovation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
You will also be responsible for the following:
Designing, developing, testing, and deploying customised Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Translating business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
Reviewing code and ensuring adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards.
Establishing and maintaining Salesforce development standards and documentation.
Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Mentoring junior developers and administrators, and fostering a supportive team environment.

You’re a technically skilled and solutions-focused Salesforce engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’re excited by the opportunity to contribute to a digital-first strategy and help shape the future of insurance technology.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:
Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flow.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and integration with APIs and web services.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development pipelines.
Salesforce Developer certifications and tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.
