Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Engineer - Simulations based in Chennai Location
What a typical day looks like:
• Mentoring the team and providing technical presentation to the internal/ external stakeholders of the projects
• Conducting research on new technologies & techniques and perform design reviews and recommend improvements.
• Communicating with engineers to discuss design details or implementation of models and Ensure that product design and performance meets technical and functional requirements.
• Use steady state and transient CFD solvers to Perform Thermal analysis of electronics cooling system and component level.
• Proficient in internal flow related problems -(Flow loss, Turbulence, Rotating zone & etc..,) and FSI
• Develop process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Aerospace/ Mechanical / Chemical & master’s degree Added Advantage with minimum 5 - 8 years experience
• CAD : Solidworks / Cre-O / Autodesk Inventor & Fusion 360
• CFD : ANSYS-CFD (Fluent) / Star CMM+ / FlowTherm
• Correlate the Software solution with physical measurements and Suggesting cost-effective measurements Solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in problem resolution, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Sound knowledge on Relevant standards and follow best practices for accurate computational efficiency.
